Yes, I understand that there's a whole book filled with paper right here.
But last time I used a book that someone left by the toilet, it was the page from Harry Potter where Dumbledore gets killed by Professor Snape. I felt bad for removing a central plot point from the story, so I put it back.
Then everybody yelled at me for not putting up a soiler alert. I was only trying to be helpful!

Why is this outhouse inside and underground? Or is the hole the toilet in a bathroom with no door, and I fell in? It's hard to tell since it's after midnight and the only lights in the house are candles in the hallway. And some unnatural backlight that only exists because Nintendo had this crazy notion that being able to see was crucial to gameplay. Of course Link doesn't need to eat or sleep for three days, but he damn well better be able to see where he's going.

About me:
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask introduces a unique time cycle that adds a new layer of realism to the gameplay in that many of the game's characters go about their own, personal routine during a period of three days. This includes sleeping, running errands, traveling to other areas and, of course, going to the bathroom.
So, naturally, the only bathroom in the game is in Clock Town's Stock Pot Inn, and the only person even seen using it is the mysterious "???," who begs Link to give him a piece of paper. We clearly hear him flush what sounds like a working, modern toilet. Then he tosses Link a piece of heart before we hear him wash his hands. I know I just wrote a HySpace profile full of poop jokes, but that is fucking gross.
