Archimonde, yo. Bruxism hit 22 today, far and away the furthest I've leveled an alliance toon. And I had the chance to do some quests with Casey, which was awesome. He ran me to Ironforge and we rode the tram to Stormwind. I had never been to IF before, and its amazing inside there. The tram was really cool too. Much nicer than the zeps Horde have to ride.

I'm ready for an instance! We definitely have the people for it.

Panda Attack made its first raid on Serpentshrine Caverns tonight. Do to our raid composition, we chose to skip Hydross, and fight (the easier boss) Lurker Below. The fight is very similar to Ragnaros. We had a lot of trouble handling the adds, and never lived past the first wave. But we learned a lot, and it was tons of fun. We'll try again tomorrow, and hopefully I'll get to be in another guild first kill.

Umrian the BE Paladin will be getting his mount tomorrow, once I hit 40 (some ganking in STV impeded my leveling after I hit 39, but I'm off tomorrow so whatevah. Fucking STV.)

Got my mage to 29, and didn't really want to go on without anybody. I've been PvP'ing so I don't get too far ahead. What happened to the hangin' out guild?

Panda Attack, downed The Lurker Below in Serpentshrine Caverns tonight. We've had a very frustrating time in there the last two weeks, including the officers calling the raid right in the middle due to people slacking off. But we got our stuff together tonight, and while it took considerable effort, we slew the big fish. We got the awesome tanky mace we were hoping for, and the most useless Libram I've ever seen.

My third contribution to a guild-first kill since the expansion. If anyone is interested you can check out some screenies of our VR and Mag kills here (I'm in there somewhere!). The Lurker screenie should be up shortly.

Congratulations! I hear that while Hydross is technically the first boss in the zone, a lot of guilds go after TLB first to gear up a little bit and get the hang of it, since it's an easier encounter. Is that the case? Also, can you spawn TLB anywhere you can fish, or is there a specific place for him?

Hydross is the first boss, only five pulls into the instance. Our serious-raiding sister guild has downed Lurker and Tidewalker, but still skips Hydross because he is so technically challenging.

Lurker is fished up from a specific location, a horseshoe shaped platform called A Strange Pool. There are a bunch of fish in the water that will kill the pants off you in a heartbeat unless you kill the trash kinked to Lurker. Its something like 8 identical pulls and after you've killed the last group, the water boils killing all the fish.

Out of the three previous nights of attempts, our best effort got him down to 41%. Last night we tried multiple times and were able to get him to 19% before the trash respawned and we had to clear again. Everyone was very tired, but we stuck with it, and got him down on what all agreed would have been our last attempt for the night!

Proving again that Panther and I be onest each other's yin and also the yang, I find his talking/writing about WoW much more interesting and exciting than actually playing these days, much the same way he feels about us P-Boi wrasslin fans.
