We keep getting fucked in Zul'Aman. Lesson learned: You really need purples to do ZA. I'm 13 badges from the [Azure-Shield of Coldarra] which is amazing. If my calculations are correct, it's about 18x better than my current shield, [Platinum Shield of the Valorous]. I did no actual calculations to come to that conclusion.

Oh yeah, and in week 3 we one-shotted everything except Opera, but that was because we had the wrong strategy on the Crone. Once we figured out what we did wrong, it was simple. Shade and Prince were both fairly easy fights, even though we had only 6 people left when Shade died (how hard is it to not move during Flame Wreath? Apparently the answer is "fairly"). We wiped a bunch on Nightbane, including a disappointing wipe at about 14%. We got past all the hard parts and just couldn't finish him off

Panda Attack has downed a few more bosses in SSC. Last week they killed Morogrim Tidewalker, Fathom-Lord Karathress, and Leotheras the Blind, all for the first time. I wasn't in on the Karathress or Leotheras kills because they preferred taking mages with front-end damage. So now we only have Lady Vashj and Hydross left in that instance.

Haven't run ZA yet, but I really want that 20 slot bag you get after the first boss. And no worries about struggling in there Neil. It really is supposed to be between Kara and the 25-mans in terms of difficulty. Do you guys do Mag/Gruul?

Nope, we're still on Kara. We could do the 25-mans I think, but we just don't have the people yet. I think we are waiting until we get our "core" group geared up and start clearing Kara (we haven't even tried Netherspite or Ilhoof yet) before we start recruiting some more people.

You guys, with pieces of t5/full t4, could get the 20 slot bag in literally 15 minutes if you wanted it. There are...8 pulls before the boss.

Yeah, all of our regular raiders are just too excited about what's happening in SSC and folks getting more T5 to do any ZA. Illhoof is a pushover with a nether-protection lock.

Psychobilly got the season 2 arena spellblade yesterday. Slapped a soulfrost enchant on that bad boy and he's rollin.

I thought there was going to be rating reqs for all the season 3 pieces, and I'm pleased to find out it's just the shoulders and the weapons. Looking forward to getting my wings!

Fake Edit: Panda Attack downed Hydross The Unstable tonight, for the first time ever, and I was there. We went on to take down Karathress, and Tidewalker (Lurker and Leo went down yesterday) and made our way to Lady Vashj. If you've never been there or seen video of it, you have to access controls to raise a bridge to her platform. It's an extremely cool animation sequence. It was late, but we made one attempt on the old sea hag and got her down to 70% into the second phase of the fight and then got murdered. She dies tomorrow!

yeah, they've basically said that this won't affect the day-to-day of any given operation within the Activision or Blizzard camps. You won't even see the "Activision Blizzard" name on any products-- Blizzard games will just say "Blizzard Entertainment" and Activision games will just say "Activision"
