I'm not saying the crowd has to be out of their seats, foaming at the mouth, but for fuck's sake, it's pro wrestling. Sound off like you've got a pair, Mexico. And no, constantly blasting an air horn doesn't count.

I was a little disappointed as I expected to get a lot out of this match, but it felt hard to get into with little idea of what was happening, no back story and Spanish commentators. The athleticism of the wrestlers was unbelievable no doubt and two moves, the doublet team flip superplex thing and the spinning suicide dive, made me sit up straight in awe.
The only time the actual match itself became interesting was right at the end when two wrestlers (Ricky Marvin? and that dude who kept roaring at the crowd) botched a double team and turned on each other.
All in all it felt like a fun match but too many high spots without any build up spoiled the broth.
(Certain points of the match also made me want to reference the Zoolander break-dance fighting scene.)

I missed out on the whole dominant WCW era, so is this what the WCW cruiserweight division used to be like?
I read that it was pretty popular in its heyday and actaully had a cw tag division.
Also in the match when someone is eliminated is it just me or do they show a pretty random clip of the wrestler who was just pinned? and whats with the damned pinging?

Jim is right, the crowd was kind of quiet. The Mexican fans get nuts, to the point where they're kind of famous for it. Like I said, I thought they were into it, just not as much as I've seen them.
And the clips after each elimination were of the move leading to the elimination.
