Vader is the last "big fucking guy" that I ever really got into, guys today like Big Daddy V just look fat and not intimidating no matter how many times they beat up Tommy Dreamer.

His WWF run was kind of a disappointment, but he holds the distinction of being the only guy I ever immediately recognize in Japanese wrestling video games. That mask is fucking iconic.

Like some other people have said, Vader wasn't so hot when it came to making it look stiff without actually kicking the shit out of your opponent. On the other hand, he shitted some folks up like it was nobody's business, and sometimes that's what you pay to see.

You also can't stress enough that he had a fucking eye pop out of its socket thanks to a Stan Hansen punch. The eye... out of the goddamn socket.

Vader is fucking amazing and possibly the best monster heel ever in the history of anything. The bullshit politics he had to put on with in WWF must have been incredibly frustrating, but at least he choked out that Kuwaiti television host and then got to be a gaijin legend in Japan.
