Actually, Imagi is handling the graphics and I thought their work on the TMNT movie was really astounding (for a non-Pixar studio), regardless of whether or not you liked the movie's treatment of the franchise (I did).

I'm guessing they aren't going to do much besides the origin story, which is Pinnochio, but instead of the created little boy wandering around and learning lessons about lying, he has rocket boots and fights big monsters.

it should be "robot kid" and there is a ten year old robot boy giving a thumbs up while the principal of robot elementary middle school slips and falls and loses his toupee

later analysis shows that 3/4ths of the frames used are actually from astroboy despite the transition to live action

So, after watching this entire trailer for something they're calling 'TIN MAN' (which is The Wizard of Oz) there are a few things I've come to realize.

1) I am still sort of in love with Zooey Deschanel and want to make her my wife.
2) I am still wanting to bang the ever-loving shit out of Kathleen Robertson since I first saw her on 90210.
3) I don't think I could sit through this movie if I tried. Maybe it's the bad taste 'Wicked' left in my mouth after reading it.

Jesus, what did they do to the Wizard Of Oz? Not everything needs to be rehashed. The crappy sequels were one thing but this just seems to be SO FAR away from what the original film was about. Why is it called Tin Man? That's like calling a Harry Potter remake "Ron". Just so messed up.
