That was exactly the case. Cena had to beat Shelton within a given time, but couldn't get the FU off in time to pin Shelton for the win because he was holding onto the ropes. Cena then threw Shelton over the ropes just like you said he could.

Yeah Justin, the end of Raw was really confusing. He was trying so hard to get people to boo him, so he said, "You're just like these people," like 4 times, but he never said anything negative. He just strung along a bunch of thoughts that seemed negative but weren't really condescending at all.
