Post subject: A sad day in music history
On this date in 1985, Minutemen frontman D. Boon was killed in a van accident in Tucson, Az. Though I've only recently gotten into their music, I've realized how great they were and how much more they could have accomplished. So I guess if you have any thoughts or opinions, you can post them here. _________________ Sgt. Slaughter is one of the all time bloodiest bleeders and he legit scared me here with the blood coming out of his blood.
I think that everyone here should read the book Our Band Could Be Your Life. The Minutemen meant more to music than most people realize. I need to check out the new Minutemen doc "We Jam Econo." _________________ And this is a promise, because this is true. This is real. This is Straight Edge.
