Who do you guys think should be inducted in this years WWE HOF?

Bret Hart (already announced)
Legion of Doom/Road Warriors (its in chicago, so its perfect)
Eddie Guerrero (im on the fence here, not sure if its no early)
Mr.Perfect
Ted Dibiase
Dusty Rhodes (rumored to happen)

Im sure there are plenty more, thats off the top of my head

What better way to cap off the Rey Mysterio story of triumph in the name of his friend than to put Eddie in the HOF weeks after claiming on air he is in hell.

I wouldn't put Eddie in this year, because I wouldn't want to build my company around milking the shit out of a guy who died. So I guess that means that he's going to be in the HOF this year, and Rey Mysterio will dedicate the fruit salad he has that afternoon to the legacy of ONE EDDIE GUERRERO.

Who *I* would put in:

Bret Hart
Road Warriors (not the Legion of Doom, so it does not include Puke and Heidenreich)
Ricky Steamboat (because he's under contract already)
Ted Dibiase (ditto)
Dusty Rhodes (ditto, even though he was fucking terrible in the WWF, since everything is owned by Vince now we might as well consider cross-company contributions)
Arn Anderson

And probably Mr. Perfect, even though I'd want to keep the dead guy ratio down as far as I could.

Owen wasn't on his way to becomming a hall of famer before his tragic death. Eddie was.

I don't think the worked Hall of Fame should work where when a wrestler dies they were suddenly JUST NOW good enough to be called a legend.

Well I didn't see RAW last night (no thread either, time for a wake?), but Eddie has now officially been included on the list of inductions.

I think Owen should be inducted into the hall of fame simply based on the presitant (spelling??) the HOF has set. If Nikoli Volkoff is in the HOF then IMO Owen should be in.

As opposed to being the Blue Blazer, injuring the biggest star in the company with your carelessness, and never taking anything not directly involving your brother (and several things involving him) seriously.

Owen is the single most overrated wrestler in the history of professional wrestling, and I don't use that term lightly. Owen was good. He was very good. But he was not a legend, and any support of Owen over someone else should not be singled out to that other person's superfluity.

It'd be like if Chavo Guerrero had died instead of Eddie. Chavo rules. But he is SO NOT Eddie.

It's a wierd situation with Owen, while he was so good in the ring he never was on top of the card for any long period of time, especially like B mentioned if it didnt involve his brother.

Now do I think Owen is a legend, NO. But at the same time based on who WWE has place in their HOF before like Volkoff and Pete Rose I think Owen deserves in.

The sad part is, I think given a proper push Owen could have been looked on as a legend but it never happened and we will never know if that was the case. They always portrayed him as a joke. Remember "I am not a nugget" and obviously the whole Blue Blazer thing.

I've seen two or three wrestling pay per views in my life. One of them was the show where Owen died. I remember Jeff Jarret (his valet and Billy Gun, maybe) crying through his heel promo and how the WWF didn't do perfect a job cleaning up Owen's big, fat, bloody stain ... so all the wrestlers had to leap over the death mark in ring.
