Ric Flair's People's Elbow was awesome. And I still have the Awesomebomb to ICP on tape.

The infamous Saturn VS Mike Bell from Shotgun match! Nice!

Botch-a-mania isn't funny.

Goldberg knocking himself out is one thing. Hayabusa nearly killing himself is another.

Hardy really scares the crap out of me, how someone can do that sort of stuff without thinking "I could very possibly die if I fuck this up" is beyond me. I can easily see that guy in a wheelchair by the age of 30.
Haven't you ever been in love?

Alternately, haven't you ever been a junkie?

I cringed that any Hayabusa clip was even in the video. I think we all agree that watching someone talented mess up and get "You Fucked Up!" chants directed at them sucks; no one's perfect. But when someone with little to no talent (Goldberg, Steiner in WWE) messes up by hurting themselves, that deserves a laugh.

I submit that that clip couldn't only be improved if it contained Supreme trying to jump off a ladder into the ring holding a chair.

Steiner leaping from the apron onto Test and missing by a solid couple feet set to Yakkity Sax IS hilarious, Folby. I'm sorry you can't see the humor in that from your HIIIIIIIIIIIGH HORSE!

Seriously. I half expected to see the clip of Benoit v Sabu when Sabu's neck gets broken. That clip makes me wince, certainly not laugh.

The one that I really remember was the clip of Orton and Jericho from Raw when Orton just does the RKO again. I remember sitting there awestruck at how slapstick the sequence looked.

That was the exact clip I was about to mention having just seen it. He could have just kicked Jericho or even just spun round and done a quick standing RKO, but no, he runs all the way to the opposite ropes and back again, just to repeat the same move he missed.

I think that video is a bit of a mix really. It's part horrible bumps and part stupid fuck-ups, so some bits are legitimately funny, some are cringe-worthy, and the rest lie somewhere in-between.

EDIT: I was going to ask which bit was Hayabusa, but I imagine it was the nasty top-rope-onto-his-head manuever I just saw. Nasty stuff.

By funny I was of course referring to dumbshit Orton and those nonsense flub ups. I never laughed at any of the insane neck breaking shit. Even Saturns shoot attack scares me a bit, except for when he falls on his ass. That's gold.

Oh shit, I don't check the forum for a week and look what happens. I miss out on the match dedicated to me.

Not downloading, because I already have it on DVD. I haven't watched it on DVD yet, but I was also there, and can probably be seen shrieking and running for my life/getting severely bruised by the barricades in places, as this was the match where me and my homegirl acquired many, many bruises.

This match was a HELL of a lot of crazy ass fun live. I'm not sure how well it translated onto TV, but every bump seemed crazy ass sick when I was there. And it was one of those matches that I didn't really give a shit about going in to the pay-per-view. I was all about the AJ/Daniels and the Ultimate X and the Joe/Liger. Well, Joe/Liger didn't go long enough (though I maintain still that the match gets more shit than it deserves -- it was just too short, but it was still very good) and Ultimate X ended with technical difficulties (which was a HUGE disappointment, especially for the live fans who actually paid to see it, a switch, since TNA shows are usually free) while Monster's Ball 2 turned into a pleasant crazy surprise. Jeff Hardy was up there HIGH and Rhino is Rhino and there's something spectacular about it all when you're ringside and you've got barricades smashing against you.

I brought a sign to Bound For Glory, and during this match Sabu and Abyss bled all over it. Now it hangs on my wall, complete with blood stains. It really doesn't get too much more awesome than that.

So really, I wasn't expecting this match to be very interesting, and ended up really enjoying the hell out of it. No technical wonder, but sometimes garbage wrestling can be fun, as long as you don't see too much of it. It's a small doses thing.

Perhaps more insane was that after this match was over, the competitors returned to compete in the ten man gauntlet for the title. So did AJ Styles, who was limping like wo from a bad bump in his match with Daniels, and it was fairly insane to see them compete again after that match.

And B, you should feel just wretched about teasing me! At least I still get joy out of wrestling on free TV. If you're not careful, you're going to end up as joyless as Scott Keith. Though you should be okay as long as your jokes don't get as unfunny as Hyatte's.
