I doubt I'm the only person here who is a fan of this particular rock band. Therefore, I thought some of you might like to know that their new single, "Gold Lion" is up for streaming on their site, www.yeahyeahyeahs.com
I kind of don't like it and I think it's boring, a word I couldn't even come close to using to describe their first CD.
Anyways, am I the only person real excited about this album?

I haven't heard their new album yet.
I have their previous album, Fever to tell. It's not bad.
I like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. They aren't bad.
I might see them in April. |

Well, the forever bittersweet "Maps" is a great song even if it had little to do with Fever to Tell. Their new single ain't that snappy.
I think Rolling Stone quoted Karen O as saying something like "we've dropped all their angst out of this album." So if it sounds like some indie acoustic bullshit, blame the O. |

I still don't have the latest album.
I saw them 3 days ago. It was a great show!
The openning bands sucked, but that is what the bar is for.
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs sound great live. Karen O has a good stage presense.
