| Motherfuckin' UPS losin' packages. They generally lose/delay about one a week, which is fine. I can deal with that. But they've screwed up about 6 in the last three days, and it's always a hassle. Someone calls you upset, because their shit isn't where it's supposed to be, and then you have to calm them down and call UPS, who usually doesn't have any useful information, then call the customer back, and it's kind of tiring when you're doing it all day or you're on line 1 and line 2 rings with someone with a new problem. Also someone shipped a 42" Plasma screen and didn't insure it, and some motherfucker elbow dropped it or some shit somewhere between here and Florida. |

I have one tooth that is a little sideways. I will write some letters tomorrow because I just got my awesome penguin burglar note set today. It has weird tabs and one of the pages has a penguin's head in some crosshairs.
Also it upsets me that when I went to knitting tonight, only one other person was there! |
