minotaur has head and legs of a bull looks like 2/3rds to me
though i guess they don't use every part of the cow for hamburgers so maybe they could throw in some steak and other various cuts of cow

i disagree that hanburger uses the head OR legs of a cow. and it would have to have at least some human in there to bring it up to 2/3rds. you are way off.
