i installed both and even reset my computer
when i go the fantasy page, nothing pops up
do i have to do anything extra?

then make it fun and do trades. that's 75% of the reason i do trades; because it's funner than just watching your team or hopefully picking guys up off of waiver wires.
for example, i traded magglio ordonez and aaron harang to justin for mark teixeira and dontrelle willis. my hope was that magglio would cool off and teixeira would catch fire. until last night, their stats were dead even except that teixeira's batting average was a little higher. and then magglio hit a dinger and is now batting like .346. and now im trading away dontrelle, so that trade is looking kinda bad right now. but i dont care because it makes it a thousand times more fun and interesting.
cmon alicia, you study stats. find some players who go hot/cold at certain points of the year and try to trade for them/trade them away. buy low and sell high! etc etc etc! use the 'watch list' function to its fullest extent!

Hmmm, the Fungineers offered me Wakefield for Delgado straight up and I was like hmmmm, a knuckleball pitcher who's hot now for someone who's not hot now but usually hot anyway? It's like I need all my players that I have and if I didn't have Delgado, I'd have no utility! I'm going to make some moves for some hitters soon though, but right now I have to wait.

i turned dontrelle willis into gary sheffield now, so i ended up getting 2 offensive players out of it and even better pitching (i picked up joe kennedy for now).
but ordonez HAS to cool off, right?

that was just a quick list off the top of my head
pujols for lincecum would make me consider, but a lackluster st louis offense, pujols' possible injury problems, and slow start would make me think hard about that trade.

That was a bit of sarcasm on my part. I have no intention of getting rid of Pujols. I think you're valuing Lincecum a wee bit too highly.
Although I admit I am mad that I picked up bleepin' Matt Garza instead of Lincecum early in the year as my sleeper SP. |
