Song You Can't Stop Listening to Today

Oh look an obscure reference to a band only four people like is in the header of the music forum. How novel and unexpected.

metric's first few albums were pretty forgettable (even though dead disco is a really fun song) but i really enjoyed fantasies. there are some less-than-memorable songs, but help i'm alive, satellite mind and stadium love more than make up for the album's weaknesses.
Once you know you won't impress you'll find that being nice is nice for its own sake.

metric is awesome. although when i saw them in concert i was a little disappointed. emily haines seemed incredibly bored. she's pretty though so it was okay

I've had "Post-Acid" by Wavves in my head for a bunch of days and love the video AND am going to see them when they come to this little hamlet on early Oct.

i have yet to enjoy a metric song that is not called "combat baby" which is also an incredible song and some amazing 10th grade nostalgia for me

Can't stop listening to "It Won't Be Long", and also realizing how much Alison Moyet looked like Robert Smith.

Santigold - Shove It

Pandora keeps telling me to like her, I'm not going to fight about it.

EDIT: NEW song I can't stop listening to today: Peter Bjorn And John - Nothing To Worry About. Quite possibly one of the best videos of all time?

Santogold IS good for about 5 minutes, then her voice grates on you like nothing you would believe.

This whole entire album is dreadful. It made me lock myself in the closet and almost puke. If I ever hear any of these songs ever again I will drive a stake through the singer's heart and dance the "Tango" on his skull.
