there is no one thing about any given day that garfield should dread. as a cat, i doubt he is even aware of the concept of different days

garfield hated the band the happy mondays who sang whatever the fuck song they sang and also new order who sang blue monday, and the passage of the first workday of each calendar week reminded him so much "how does it feel" that he would just fucking flip out and do things like hilariously aim an oversized six-shooter at his wind-up alarm clock.

garfield enjoys golf and golf tournaments always end on sundays on TV.

so mondays are the farthest he'll ever be from watching golf until USA shows it for 12354123 hours on a damn thursday afternoon.
I then argued the point that wearing a glove would increase his odds of catching a bing bing in his dinger. He kicked me in the jibbles.
