working out advice for yer ol' pal btg

i've been lifting weights for like maybe a month or something

trying to get bigger arms to "impress the ladies" lol ;D

and one of my arms is bigger than the other

this is because before i started working out the right was already bigger than the left and they've gotten bigger at the same rate

but it looks kind of malformed?

like nemo in finding nemo

so ive decided to just do dumbell curls on my left and stop working on my right til they even up, does that sound cool?

well youve singlehandedly disproved the theory that limbs on opposite sides can only grow at the same size. so thats something.

uhhhh. fuck. i dont know anything but do maintenence lifting with the bigger one and plenty of reps with the smaller one i guess.

and eat lots of protein and healthy fats and good carbs.

I would think that if you just kept working both of them out, they'd eventually even out. I don't think it's a good idea to neglect one area of your body in weight training at all, but I'm no physicist.
