the scariest dream i ever had was about these evil guys who were made of shadows...

I used to have a recurring nightmare as a child where my entire house was a dull grey, and shadowy hands would come from behind furniture and doors to prevent me from switching on the lights. Somehow this was downright terrifying and I'd wake up too scared to leave my bed at night, for fear that these shadow hands would reach out from behind objects in my room.

The only thing dreamquote related I can think of, is my roomate woke me up at 11pm (midnight shift days), and I was still half asleep, talking in my dreams. She asked me if I was getting up, and I was like "But we're gonna be late for Bill Cosby!" after further inquiries from her, I replied with fervor: "AT CASINO RAMA!"

yeah, thats another one. my sister said she couldnt get to sleep one night because edward scissorhands was just sitting in a rocking chair across the room, looking straight at her and not blinking. then she would close her eyes for a second and he would be gone, then she'd blink again and he'd be back. pretty glad i never had that one.

another one was where i was humpty dumpty, and then whoever was directing my dream showed all these people with plastic cutlery's hands raised in the air. the big crowd of arms with plastic forks and knives would come running through a big wastleland after me (an egg) until I would climb like a pylon and they would slowly climb up and eat me.

I don't know weather to laugh at that or console you. The imagry of people with plastic cutlery hands is both hilarious and surrealistically terrifying.

last night we watched "the muppets wizard of oz" and "the batman vs. dracula," and i dreamt of the muppets vs .dracula.
