Granfaloon Bus - Good Funeral Weather.

I had downloaded this album years ago after hearing one song from the radio. My harddrive got wiped out, and when i went to redownload it, it was no where to be found. It was like all traces had been wiped off the face of the earth. So...uh...if anyone actually has this...um....plz send.

You know what's a better band than Glassjaw? Glasseater. Also, almost any other band.

I was going more for around my town. I don't listen to anything too spectacularly obscure, but I live in small town West Virginia. These people haven't even heard of Radiohead OMG.

That album was my high school soundtrack. I ordered it from the Lookout! catalogue, I had never heard MTX, a friend recommended it. I can still put it in, listen to the whole thing, and remember feeling like an akward teenager.

Frankly I think you can narrow down that list to just Desaparecidos & Iz.

Yeah, as one of the five or six least indie street cred people here, I can safely say that I know entirely too much of the contents of your list.

I mean, don't they know it's spelled "Beetles?"

Hmmm, honestly, I've introduced way too many people to those albums that had never heard of them before, or they have heard of them, but had never actually heard them. But I'm glad to know that you guys have heard them. That doesn't necessarily mean you like them, but that's pretty cool.

Well, the Postal Service whore their songs out to companies for promotional purposes like they're goin' out of style (which, after like four years, they really are).

The only little-known band I like that hasn't been listed here yet is Jaga Jazzist. Once again, I'm fairly bad at describing music, but I guess I would call it elevator music on crack. I love the hell out of it.
