Haha, wow, Gurwitch removed last week's (Doomsday comics or whatever) from the archive. I guess they can't all be winners.

It's closer to the bottom of the archive now, for whatever reason.

At least the artwork is still better than any other webcomic out there.

Any talent this guy may have is negated by BEST FRIEND TALKING TO ANIMAL PAL THE COMIC. It's a lot easier to draw a pretty tree than it is to, say, convincingly draw a whale bursting into Sea World because he's sad about his dolphin girlfriend leaving him.

Besides, that Lenore/Emily the Strange/emo exaggerated stick figure style stuff is really grating on my nerves.

PBF does have an amazing variety of artistic styles. I'm probably not giving the guy enough credit. Being able to do newsprint comics, Tin Tin, and Roald Dahl style illustrations the way he does is just amazing.

I like his latest. In fact, I always love when he uses his non-descript dough people than actual defined character types.

I also like watching his non-descript dough-parents be mean to their non-descript dough-children.

I don't know if anyone else is a huge fan of Toothpaste for Dinner, like I am (if not, you're probably a gay) but him and his wife (who isn't 1/100th as funny) have a site called Married to the Sea (www.marriedtothesea.com). It's kinda weird and, at first, I didn't like it. But then after I started reading them, I have to admit it's very, very funny. Just a small step below TFD.

Latest PBF: short on humor, but he's really been putting some exceptional detail into the art. It's worth it for that.

No way dude. Emily the Strange has finally become passe enough that I can start buying it and have it be adorable instead of trendy.

Gurewitch nailed his latest PBF. Beautiful artwork and a great gag.

The latest PBF isn't particularly funny, but I loved the pleased expression on the face of the parakeet.

Wow, I seriously love this comic. I just spent about an hour going through the back catelogue. It takes a while to get used to, but this is an incredibly funny comic. The first few (going backwords) aren't that great, but keep going. They're amazing.

I fucking love Dinosaur Comics more than any other comic ever. My favorite one definitly has got to be the Hilarious Misunderstandings one. Did you just say that my son was HOT?

His last great one from a week or two ago was about registering himself as a sexual predator because he percieved it to be the equivalent of being a ladies man. Genius.

Dinosaur comics is the only one I check on a day-to-day basis. I love them so much, I ripped them off.

Alright, referring to the original post: Are you seriously the guy who writes "Get Your War On"?

I want to bear your children.

There was nothing in his post to imply he was the author, chum.

Damn. Well, it's past two in the morning, so cut me some slack.

But hey, I'm still up for bearing his children...
