Prank Call: The
ZipZaps.

Thanks to our new living conditions, however, we're finally able to use audio files to give you the full P-Boi experience. Below is the first in my hopefully-ongoing series of prank calls. In this call, I call a Radio Shack and ask if they have ZipZaps.
Unfortunately, for the first time in P-Boi history, you'll have to read the non-boldface text to get any sort of enjoyment out of this article. Time for some back story. Last Christmas, Radio Shack sold small, customizable remote-controlled cars called ZipZaps. These things were in huge demand, to the extent that we could not keep them on shelves for longer than thirty minutes at a time. Our store would literally receive over 50 calls a day from people who wanted to know whether we had ZipZaps in stock. Naturally, as new people do, the new employees we had picked up on this very quickly, and were very eager to offer the limited knowledge you have. When you're a new RadioShack employee, you know only three things:
1. ZipZaps are THE TOY TO GET!!!
2.
Wait, nevermind, you only know one thing. The rest of the time you just follow the manager around and try to butt in his conversation every four seconds so you can ask him how to look up a cordless phone battery.
This is why this prank call was so much fun. Luckily, I got a woman to answer who had only been there a few days. I had to give myself an accent so that nobody would recognize me, and it's probably a good thing because they got pretty mad at me.
So, did you get past all that non-boldface? Whew! Here's the file, in MP3 format.
The forums are down until Victor Drazen decides to talk, so e-mail me if you think it's funny. If you think it's not funny, I am going to kill you in real life!
