That's a
really interesting question!
My personal
belief is that Radio Shack wants to send the message to its
new employees that it is an exciting and dynamic company to
work for. The front cover sends the message that Radio
Shack will hire you no matter how dark your skin is.
Also, we're all smiling in a very welcoming matter.
Meanwhile,
the back cover works on a couple of different levels. On
one hand, it's great to be able to see your favorite
characters from the front cover do things that they would not
normally do, such as jumping. But perhaps more
importantly, if offers a reward of sorts for the new employee
who has managed to trek his way throughout the book!
It's like we're really there, cheering him on! Now
that's what I call virtual reality!

i got
trifles with the radio shack around here. i went to my
baby daddys house and he has a bad temper so he grabbed my
cell phone and broke it in half and ate one half and ate the
other half. so i went in there and i wanted to know
could they trade in my phone for a new phone with the pitcher
and TV screen. they say no so I said THIS SOME JERRY
SPRINGER and i called 911
