Plot summary: The
Herculoids (Zandor, Tara, Willow, Dorno,
Igoo, Zok, and Gleep and Gloop) live on the planet
"Quasar" and spend their days defending said
planet from evil space badguys usually brandishing some
kind of a ray. Hanna Barbara were huge fans of bad guys
with rays, so in every sixties cartoon some guy would get
pissed at Birdman or whoever and break out the ATOMIC
SAMURAI PIZZA RAY OF D00M AND F33R. And he goes AAAH
HAHAHA until somebody throws a boulder at him. Such is
the day to day life of the Herculoids, which is actually
a relief, because for a minute there I thought
"Herculoid" was some sort of
performance-enhancement of film!!!!! OOOOH LADY (more)
User Comments: Amoebas have a single cell that appears to be not much more than cytoplasm held together by a flexible cell wall. Floating in this cytoplasm all kinds of cell bodies can be found. The most obvious is the nucleus. Some species have only one nucleus, others may have hundreds of nuclei. The right image of a small individual of Pelomyxa shows it has hundreds of nuclei. This could enable them to become so big. Or shape-shift into a bong! Why can't we all just get a-bong??????
