PutYourZachsUp: So you've never been to an art museum?  You know, I'm good at art!
charlie_hustle: That looks like something some 2nd grader scribbled with puff-paints on his Trapper Keeper.
PutYourZachsUp: Thanks!  Well, you'll learn a lot more from me.  Let me show you around!  Here, want a drink before we get going?
charlie_hustle: Sure.  Pour me some of that there carrot juice, would ya pal?
PutYourZachsUp: Here you go!  Now, let's get started.
PutYourZachsUp: This is the Impressionism wing -- the art movement of the late 19th century that stressed the overall effect, or "impression", of the piece, rather than minute detail.  Hence the name.
PutYourZachsUp: Showcased here are paintings from all the purveyors of the Impressionist movement.  Monet, Manet, Renoir, Cassatt...they're all here.
charlie_hustle: Neat!  What's this one?
PutYourZachsUp: Ah!  That's The Dance Class, by Edgar Degas.  What's interesting here is that Degas captures these dancers as they go through their pre-dance rituals.  I find it to be--
charlie_hustle: Oh God, does this juice have carrots in it?  I'm allergic to carrots!
