Susan shook her head sadly. "But Big Bird, President Reagan won't be back. When people die they don't come back," she told him as gently as she could.
Big Bird looked surprised. "Never? They never come back?"
"Never, Big Bird," said Luis softly.
"But he has to come back!" said Big Bird, stomping his foot. Who's going to protect the world from communism? Who's going to make me birdseed milk shakes and institute tax cuts and...?" Big Bird's voice trailed off. He looked worried.
